PEPPERS (PIMENTOES)    We cultivate chiefly the Bell Ruby variety for concentrating and filling table olives. The season lasts for two months through August and September, and the paste is aseptically packed. Some clients are now using this paste, either concentrated or single strength, in sauces. TOMATOES    We make paste and pizza sauce to specification in aseptic pack. CHINESE LEAVES    Our members grow these for the North European market, and the season is during the winter months.
